Sir Adam is prompt to respond my queries over the phone. In the shop, he is so keen to diagnose the problem and immediately work on it. He clearly explained to me what happened in terms that I can fully comprehend. He does the work really quick and I was surprised that I will only pay a small amount of money. I fully reccommend this centre.

Went in with a problem with the engine on our Ford falcon ute 2003, came out with no problems that I was experiencing from the engine prior to seeing Adam. He replaced the manifold gasket and a new injector seal, good price, great Vale, fantastic mechanic. Cannot recommend him enough, thus is the third time I have gone there, always does whats needed and no more , I'd like to mention 1st time there he looked over the ute for me, said it be $80, I left it there 2 hours, he explained all I need to know about the ute, that there's nothing that he could see an issue with, seeing I just purchased it at the time, he didn't even charge me a fee.

Adam was thoroughly professional and took great care and pride in the work he carried out on my car. The video that explained the work that needed to be carried out was a great touch, and very much appreciated. Will be strongly recommending my friends that live close by to go to Midas Frankston.

Extremely pleased today and with every past service. The vehicle is thoroughly checked and serviced that you can feel the difference in the driving, even though nothing was mechanically amiss. Went else were for my service and left with a quote for 4k! called these guys and they fixed my breaks and tail shaft for 1k. took a little longer than expected so they gave me a loan car free of charge. they were so lovely, accommodating and helpful. absolutely recommend and would go back.

Absolutely have no idea when it comes to mechanical repairs and diagnosis, at best they can fix a puncture and probably charge more than anywhere else

First the bloke's that if I went down and paid him cash for the sun for the sum of I could pick the car up he was supposed to change my fuel check my fuel pump and fix electrics in front driver which did none of had a second mechanic friend take a look at it and all he did was top the fuel up as when I change the fuel I didn't have enough fuel in card for it to I am not mechanically minded wasn't sure took it to expert only for them to try and charged me $300 when we agreed on to literally put $20 worth of fuel in the tank and a squirt fire $250 I received no invoice

This is the first time I have used Adam & his team at Midas Frankston, & will definitely be using them again. They went above & beyond to source a part for my old vehicle, & did a great job with the service & repair. They are helpful, friendly & very professional. Fantastic customer service!

I dropped into Midas Frankston out of the blue today to get a check on my brakes. After taking the car for a quick drive, they put it up on a hoist and told me that the rotors needed machining, which was done there and then. Quick service, reasonably well priced and the drop in was no problem (Tried 3 others that couldn't do anything until late September/early October). Thanks guys.

I'm so happy I found Adam at Midas Frankston after my usual mechanic went out of business. I was able to get my car in promptly which was overdue for a service,and Adam attended to everything that needed doing the same day. Great experience taking my car here. Old mate was lovely and even took the time to put some oil in it for me on a saturday, when I first took it to book it in, until the service. Will definitely be back and highly recommend :-)

Very efficient, communicative and honest. I don’t know too much about cars, so often feel I am take advantage of when I walk into a new mechanic. But Adam talked me through EVERYTHING that was needed/not needed. He gave me appropriate referrals for parts he couldn’t fix within the shop, and he frequently called to check in with his opinion when looking at the car. A great experience with Midas. The owner has really looked after me with a car service, honest and did it well before the time he estimated. The lady on reception was lovely too with the booking process. I took my friend's car there when she had an issue and he went above and beyond with her car to help her after it broke down. Communicated with her well and got it running really quickly. He's now got 3 loyal customers by treating us correctly. As females, it's hard to trust tradies as they look down at us as though we don't know what they are talking about. The whole process from online booking to the actual service was smooth and easy. Staff were great and communication was excellent. Did a great job.

I took my car in yesterday, it hadn't been serviced in a long time and needed repairs as well. I had an excellent customer experience. The staff were wonderful, honest and thorough. They fixed my car, at a great price and worked hard to try and source new replacement parts. I will absolutely be back again and I absolutely recommend Midas Frankston.

Great customer service but that’s it. Was charged for a headlight bulb, wasn’t even put in. Changed air filter but 2/4 clips not put back on. Grease stains on white bonnet from hands. Quoted $740 for front brake pads and rotors, said rotors could not be machined.. just had them done at Pedders Mornington for $430, rotors could have been machined but they put in new ones at a reduced price.

They don’t do RWC in house, if after a RWC go straight to the source (Miss automotive). Overcharged for minor repairs. Lied about the content of the RWC and list of things that needed to be fixed (eg. 1 seatbelt repair turned into 5) and they didn’t give me all the documents I needed to amend the issues of the RWC myself. I don’t know if it was because I was a women they thought I was naieve.. but I won’t be back.

Harvey being the new owner of Midas workshop here in Frankston I have to say welcome to a Frankston, finally we have a genuine honest man who prides himself and and customers, If your looking to repair or service your car he is skillful and very reasonable priced with quotes upfront and no underlying charges that appear to shock you.I have witnessed many mechanics in the past and I can tell you Harvey the operator of this business has the goods to help you and keep you satisfied when you drive away.

Charged me over $300 for a normal service with no extras. After they checked my air filter, they left the screws off my air box and just sitting loose in the engine bay. They also didn’t fill out my log book. Just poor workmanship. Don’t waste your money or time. I will never be back.

I've been taking my car here for years, and the owners have changed recently but the service is still great. Good prices, fast service and it's nice and local for me. I recommend anyone looking to get their car repaired to bring it here :)
