As a female I didn’t feel intimidated getting my car serviced like I have in the past. It was good value and nothing extra was done without approval. I got a detailed report on what was done and what needed doing in the future. Will definitely be going back . Thanks Midas and thanks John .

I booked the Essential Service, and Midas Essendon did an excellent job. I was phoned to check if I wanted windscreen wipers changed, and agreed. The work done was listed on the invoice, and I was advised that spark plugs were due to be replaced on the next service. Mechanics can have a blokey atmosphere, but I didn't feel that here, I was listened to and didn't feel that my limited car knowledge was taken advantage. I will definitely return here for future car services.

I can't speak highly enough of the service that I receive at Midas Essendon. Jonathan and his staff are very transparent, everything is explained in detail, you are shown what is wrong with the car and the pricing is cheap as well. This is a car servicing facility able to assist with all day to day vehicle servicing. This store accepts afterpay which might assist with spreading servicing costs over up to 4 fortnight's. Unlikely to be able to offer a loan vehicle.

Would not go anywhere else. From front of shop (John) to the service staff always great communication including costs before they start. Highly recommend.

I arranged for a mid-schedule service for my Honda with my local Midas. the car was displaying error messages about overdue for oil filter and other maintenance despite being 5k away from the log book service. Rob completed the equivalent services and also sorted out the error messages. Great service and communications. Recommend highly.

Rip off.. do not be deceived by the mechanic. Supposedly “fixed” my car’s oil leak and was charge a hefty price. Didn’t really fix the issue. I took to another car mechanic and they were able to fix the issue in a day. Be warned

I couldn't be happier with the service that I got from Midas Essendon. The guys there were friendly, honest, gave me a great deal and did a fantastic job. Some urgent work needed to be done on my daughter's car and we don't live in Melbourne so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away with the service. They did the work that was needed and made some recommendations about things that should be done in the future - without putting the pressure on by up-selling.
