Having both of my cars looked after with their great service. Never had any single issue so far. They are pretty straight forward. They have a professional and experienced mechanic and will tell you what is wrong and what are the critical issues on your car. And off course they will give you a choice if you want it done or not. they won't just work on it unless you give a consent. But for sure they will give you the right advise for your car's safety. And most of all it's a great value as well. Nonetheless, I have a peace of mind for their services they offer. These guys are very professional. Literally treated very well, the car was looked after very carefully cleaned vacuumed and polish came back in perfect condition couldn’t have expected better. The team at EBM were fantastic at servicing my focus RS as this was my first service I was very impressed. I would not take my car anywhere else as my customer service experience was fantastic. You can tell they really do have passion and do the most they can to ensure your car is well looked after.

I was using this centre's services for the past three years. During the last visit in late December, I was told my car's battery was ok and in a good condition. However, after 1.5 months the battery was drained totally and I had to buy a new one. That was when I noticed the original battery was replaced with a cheap second hand one during the last oil service.

I took my fiesta ST here for a general service and to get few other problems fixed, and everything was done with care, quickly and at a great price. Excellent communication and customer service, they are very honest mechanics which are not easy to find. Definitely recommend!

Matthew and Adam were knowledgeable and helpful with the services they offered. Adam knew exactly what to look for when I mentioned some concerns I had and was able to repair these with ease. I was quoted well over $1000 at a Ford dealership for the work they performed, completing it for less than half of that. Thoroughly recommend their expertise.
