Always explains everything clearly and calls when anything extra comes up from checks. I've never been surprised by the bill which is more than I can say about other places

Recently had my Car serviced at DC Autocare & can say was a 10/10! The communication was always clear & open, was updated on cars condition every couple hours, loved that quoted prices weren't changed when it came time to pay, Everything that was done to the car was CLEAR & understandable to read on the invoice. It’s so hard to find a decent, honest and reliable mechanic (especially as a woman), but these guys totally tick every box. David and his team are all so lovely, explain everything they’re doing, give really great advice, and are just all round superstars. I have a super old car that is tricky to work on and find parts for and they’re just absolute legends who can sort it all out in an instant. Totally recommend.

I've been taking my Kia to this mechanic for the last few services. I've David to be honest with his assessments, reasonable pricing and generally a good meachanic and a person. Love how he sends text messages, including photos, of the work he is doing. Easy to deal with and provides a professional service. Have been and will continue not recommend.

Dave’s shop provided a fixed price to replace my Kia’s rear rotors and pads. Despite encountering a mechanical problem with my breaks that delayed their work, Dave honoured the original price as quoted. The work was done quickly and they even provided a loan car. I’ve since booked my Other car in for a repair that Dave quoted. His price was around half the price of Mazda. Very pleased with dC Autocare work. Thanks Dave.

I have been using David for more than 8 years and now my friends and family do too. He is friendly, reliable and above all else, a great mechanic. He is knowledgeable and talks you through exactly what he is doing to the car so you know what the problem is and what you are paying for. He has always been honest and never does anything that is unnecessary. David is fairly priced but we don’t use him because of that, we use him because we trust him with our cars, and the fair pricing is a bonus. My car is still under warranty but I won’t take my car anywhere else.

David oh David. I was worried as my Lexus was started running as rough as guts, so I googled, found and called up, David, my now new best friend. He said to drop on in and they will have a look. I pulled up, they came out and I felt like a F1 pit crew went into action (maybe a slight exaggeration, but, personally, the feeling was analogous!) Job done, all 8 cylinders in perfect harmony once more! Felt like they were really interested to help me, which means that I will be back! David is a freaking dead set legend! Replaced brakes and rotors on my Mercedes Vito and she pulls up better than the original brakes I had. Really looked after me. Couldn’t ask for better service.
