I found this service when I was a student and have been going there ever since. At first, I felt a bit vulnerable, knowing absolutely nothing about cars. However, Sheen Panels were just fabulous. They are genuine, offer competitive prices and will always go one step over and beyond. At times, they have solved my car problems over the phone or done a quick complementary microservice for me. Always enjoy a chat with Tony.

Great service, excellent price

Didn't check tyre pressures, battery, windscreen washer water, during normal service. These things should be done. Battery now replaced, tyres checked, water refilled, All by ME!

I arrived late afternoon without notice asking if they could help me as my car had an alert come up that I needed oil. They were absolutely amazing. They attended to me within two minutes of my arrival. They were friendly and happy to help out and did it within 10 minutes of my arrival. Amazing service. Thank you!!

I went to these guys as their reviews online were really good. And I can honestly say that everything that people are saying in the reviews about them being “honest, reliable, and calling you to explain what they need to do on your car before doing it is all true” Being someone who does not know much about cars at all, i usually feel very overwhelmed to take my car in for a service. And always worry that I will get ripped off. From the minute I spoke to Tony on the Phone to book in, to the time I dropped my car in, and collected it, he was always honest, explained everything very clearly and didn’t make me feel at all Stupid for not knowing things. I will be using these guys for years to come. I really appreciate you looking after me. Thank you Tony and team.

They didn't fill out the service book so I've got no idea what they did or didn't check. I also went in with 2 working headlights and left with 1, so either they didn't check the headlights or somehow broke one.

Inspected the car for free, for that they get an extra star, and a thank you. However, quoted for the replacement of 3 components, claiming they are all broken (Cabin filter, blower, resistor). Quoted $927. A quick check (5min work) by myself showed that only the resistor needed replacing. That's $32 and maybe 5min, for someone like me that did that for the first time in my life. $32 and 5min to troubleshoot and 5min to replace. How was I quoted $927, I don't know. But I won't be coming here again.

Called up and they ran a free diagnostic for me 5 minutes later. Being a diesel car it was past their capabilities i appreciate the help.

Drove from SYD to Melb over Christmas break & had issues with the car, the guys here were amazing at fitting in my car last minute to look at & by 2pm the same day everything was all fixed & ready so that I could drive back to SYD. You guys are legends thank you so much for all your effort in sorting my car out so quickly & for such professional work

Honest and reliable, I have been going to the team at Autoplus for 4 years now and they always been efficient and very reasonably priced. This morning I booked a last minute diagnostic test where the issue was fixed extremely quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
