Had my car serviced here twice and they are absolutely fantastic. Professional while also giving great and honest advice on what my car needs. I appreciate this as I don't know much about cars, so finding a trustworthy mechanic was daunting. But they are SUPER friendly, and my experience with them was great. GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE YALL!!!!!!!!

Visited recently to have my car serviced, Daniel and his team were incredible. I felt well looked after as soon as I walked through the door and was greeted by the gentlemen behind the desk. Not only did they take the time to verbally explain everything to me, they also physically showed me what they were explaining, which gave them my full confidence in their work on my car. Highly recommend for any car servicing needs, I will definitely be returning!

Good honest service still exists at the Dandenong service centre. My son who is high functioning on the spectrum had his car serviced at Dandenong the last two years and they have always been honest and have not tried to take advantage of him. Daniel and the team do a fantastic job and make communication really easy..My son and I am super happy with them.

If you ring up for an inquiry or quote and get Noah hang up the phone. Knows absolutely nothing and doesn't get back to you. Was a returning customer but have lost my business for good.

Have been there twice for the second time they have done rubbish job all my lights were works all good. Someone called me told me 5lights are not working I told him change it they quote me for 5 and changed 4. After one week all the lights are stop working My brother booked his car with them and take a photo of all the lights they all fine, The day of appointment it was the scenario they call and told him the lights are not working. Then I understand how they make a money. Not recommend at all

courtesy of covid lockdowns etc, it’s been a while since i’ve been able to service my car. the place i normally use no longer do saturday appointments. after reading reviews i decided to give this one a go. happy with outcome. i had anticipated extra maintenance needed, which was communicated to me prior to works taking place. the invoice clearly states works done with a very fair price. Daniel is professional and courteous. at no stage did i feel like i was being taken for a ride (which has happened to me in the past). also threw in a courtesy car for me - big relief as a single mum to be able to get from a to b with child in tow. i have found my new mechanic!

I needed to get timing chain done on my BMW and after ringing around I found Mat and Daniel . They quoted me fairly quickly and we’re very honest and upfront . Very good reliable and honest mechanics. Did a great job for a very reasonable price and kept me informed the whole time . Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Awesome work. Superb customer service. I have never enjoyed going to a mechanic ???? they're quite daunting but these guys are great and Daniel showed me my old parts and explained to me as much as I could understand on what they were doing. Walked away with a whole car that finally works lol

Iv had to get quite a bit of work done to get my car up and running again, and couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service and friendliness. I never write reviews but I had to for this. Very knowledgeable, friendly. Solve my brake over temperature problem which bothered for a while in just one day! Price is reasonable. Very professional. Highly recommend for brake job.

Daniel is a gentleman they have worked on my kia optima a few times I was always very happy last time I try to get my car fix but they where very busy but that OK I understand nevertheless I will always go there when they are not so busy I highly recommend anyone to get the car repaired there . Daniel and his staff were absolutely courteous, efficient and extremely friendly. Had a water pump leak on my Audi q5, All fixed and parts replaced in under 24 hours. I had a third party warranty insurance cover and Daniel had no issue contacting them and providing the diagnosis and submitting the claim. Highly recommend Autoplus Dandenong(Daniel and his team) Better than all the premium showroom service centres.

Had my C4 rear rotors and break pads replaced. My First time at this shop , neat place and organized, friendly service and at a reasonable price. Looking forward for other car services in the future .

Awesome experience, 5 stars plus In term of customer service, excellent experience, special thanks to Daniel, very professional and friendly. My car was diagnosed by head gasket problem from another mechanic garage. Daniel took my request and ask me to leave the car for 2 hours. They checked my car and provided me the real reason for leaking. Which is not the head gasket. In regards the mechanical part i would like to thank Matt the shop owner who was able to identify the problem and fix it.I was lucky that Matt look after my car. In terms for cost i was expecting to pay 5k++ and end up by less than 400$ I highly recommend this to place because they are expert and high quality of customer service and very good pricing. Very helpful drop my car off in the morning ran me home as I live close had a full-service and tune up and front end and work and wheel alignment I highly recommend autoplus Dandenong for any mechanical work. very friendly staff

I had my car serviced for the first time today at AutoPlus Dandenong, Can not recommend Daniel and The Team Enough! As a female it can be a bit confusing getting your car serviced, However the entire process from booking the car in to pick up was easy! Was kept informed through the entire process. Definitely be back!

Rude costumer service ! Yea now you answer like that ? Lol ! There’s a way to tell people about your policy about other parts not tell them off like they work for you that is one ! Two , you’re liable for charging 10x the price of oil,filters and brakes for you just to say i dont put other people’s part ! Even if i do a service at yours again god forbid it’s still gonna a bad review for the way you speak to people ! Cheers Danielle

Spoke to Matt, he had lied throughout the sale transaction. Had trusted him however lied through his teeth in every opportunity.

Went in for a car service. Daniel was so friendly and professional. Felt really at ease leaving it to him.

Speedy service and fair pricing when I got a full set of shocks replaced. He even took the time to show me what the old ones looked like when I picked up the car. Would recommend!

Daniel was friendly and professional and after explaining to him that I was living on a tight budget he said he would be fair with the price. Daniel later called me to explain what they had fixed and he also informed me that a customer who had overheard our conversation, wanted to pay $100 off my final bill!!!???? Best customer service Daniel gave me a price over the phone better than anywhere else checked atleast 10 places for a price He was able to fit me in the same day. I was out within 1.5 hrs to fit brakes and rotors. Excellent service thank you Daniel
