Had a great experience with the guys here today. Got me in and out quite quickly for a general service. Was just under $300, but included a thorough looking over, changing of a globe and oil filter, and the usual top-ups. They also helped me out with some mud flaps, which was really nice of them. Definitely be back, thanks again.

Could not recommend this workshop more. Went in Chasing a steering problem and got an answer straight away. Nick behind the counter Knew exactly what I was talking about and even took the time to come out And have a good look. Nick then gave me a straight to the point answer without trying to Rip me off and even offered a bunch of solutions that would step me in the right direction. Great customer Service and a wealth of knowledge. Definitely recommend Nick and the team at Wodonga power steering.

I got both appointments for a service and road worthy within the week of calling up to make the appointments. The guys were really friendly and always offered to explain the works done. Both cars we’re running a lot smoother after the service- 10/10 would go to them again.

My vehicles starter motor stopped. I had RACV tow the vehicle to ABS Wodonga within the hour. The guys at ABS Wodonga were right on to it. They helped me out as my vehicle is my source of income. They were prompt, rang me and explained the problem that day and had me on the road next day even without a booking. Good on you fellows. I wont be taking my car anywhere else from now. 1st and last time going there.. for a basic service the price was outrageous.. at $135 an hour for labour I'll be definitely shopping around next time.. deemed tyres unroadworthy. Went to get prices for tyres and was told they were good for another 10k ..edit* because there is no way to reply. I would like to see this quote you speak of? Also my phone records all conversations so that's a blatant lie ????

Took in my car to check why it was making funny noices turned out that there was a big problem so they said they can fix it on the spot didn't take them a whole day and now my car is running smoothly and no problems at all. It's due for service soon and will be heading there again Thank you for your service ????

I will give 0 stars if that option was available. Absolute price gouging with no regard for customer service. . They Just made a call asking me if I needed basic service and not telling me what was wrong with the car. The business operates not for customers but for extracting money from the customers. I would not recommend at all. For the $300 that I paid, it was a daylight robbery. I would avoid this business EDIT: since there is no way to respond. When a log book is given and then you make a call in a busy time of the day to say basic service is $317 then I would say why did you take the log book. You should have explained at that point your service. Also when I challenged you on the breakdown of services you called me rude. Well that’s not customer service and no reason for me to smile. I have made this specific comments do that customers should have all the information before requesting a service from your store.

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with this mechanic. Originally booked my car in for a service and a quote for a faulty a/c. When I received a call after I dropped my car off giving me information on price, I figured $350 for an oil change was a bit pricey and decided to go elsewhere. ABS Auto Wodonga told me I could come pick up the keys for my car. When I arrived to collect my car, they charged me $72.50 for the so called diagnosis, that being a piece of paper I said I was happy not to receive, telling me my Aircon doesn't work (something I already knew) ????. This cost was not explained to me on the phone or before booking my car in for the quote. If I had known that the quote for a service would have cost me money and the prices are high, I would have shopped around and not taken my car to this mechanic. As a young student, and cost of living increasing - this unnecessary $72.50 hurts. ????I purchased oil and an oil filter from super cheap auto for less than what ABS charged for a "diagnosis". ABS more like A Bloody Shame!

Took my car in to replace my steering rack end and estimated about 250$+ Total was much lower than expected and did a superb job with it all. Highly recommend this service and the staff members as they were very friendly.

I called up with car troubles and we were pretty much able to work out what was wrong on the phone. I had the car towed in a few days later. Communication was a+ and they smashed the work out in a day before a long weekend! My car wasn't starting at all and she's now driving like a dream.
