My Mazda metallic mechanic got repaired from the scratch and dent in the bumper. The color matched perfect. I can't tell the difference. I was worry because this is 3 layer coat color and one of the very hard color to match They did really good job. I was skeptical at first but no doubt they have the skills and charge very reasonable price, half compared to other.

Don't waste your money and time going to this place, bunch of clowns disrespectful and no professionalism at all. poor workmanship

When I took my car to A.B.S Heidelberg I had a serious problem with my A.B.S braking system Module which a lot of mechanics could not fix it. I was seen by a man name Sen He said leave it with me and I will get it fixed for you the best way possible he was very hopeful and experience and professional he fixed my car perfect when I pick up my car it was washed inside and out when I drove home my brakes work perfectly and it made the car drive a lot better I can not thank you enough Sen you are an asset to A.B.S Heidelberg thank you so much. Waited 20 mins to hand over my keys after arriving at my appointment because the employee thought I had booked in for the following day. I explicitly asked them not to rotate the Tyres as my rims are offset and they did it anyway, throwing my alignment. Low oil sensor came on 3 days after service, they hardly topped up oil at all. Opted in for a free clean as well which they never did. Got a call saying my brakes needed to be replaced even though they were near new. All in all the car service was so bad that i had to go and take it to another mechanic to reverse the things they did to my car which cost more than I was initially charged.

Good mechanics fixed my car. Only 4 stars as price could have been cheaper.

Went in for a light service on a saturday morning. Got an oil change and a check up and the car back in a few hours time. They told me i had a grease leak on the cv boot. Took it back to the shop on a monday morning with 10 minutes prior warning, they were happy to take the car in and change the cv boot. Got the car back before the end of the day. The prices were very reasonable, the timing was quick and the staff very pleasant to deal with and down to earth and knowledgeable. And the most important, the car runs amazing.. Really recommend the West Heidelberg shop, Salendra is a legend! 10/10

This guy is dodgy. Please don't try and go here. He had to replace to replace a broken starter motor. I had to wait for longer than expected and after he finally said he fixed it, the starter motor broke a week later. He said he had nothing to do with it and I did something wrong.. Doesn't wanna make up for his mistakes. Please avoid this mechanic..

The Heidelberg ABS centre was very Client focus. The service was very efficient and helpful.

This was my mechanic of choice for over 2 years but recently they lost another customer. The reason for this being, I took my Holden commodore in there as it was overheating (like almost every commodore). I explained what the issue was and left the car there for the day for inspection. When I came to pick up my car I was told that there was no issue with it. Sen advises that he let the car idle for a bit and everything seemed normal. As I knew there was obviously some kind of issue with my car, I took it for a second opinion. Within a few moments of my car being at the different mechanic, I was advised that there were multiple leaks in the pipes for the heating a cooling system as it was all original piping. Any mechanic that doesn’t take the time to look properly, and who also over looks multiple leaks, isn’t worth anyone’s time or money.

I rang them to say that I would like to book my 2011 Holden omega in for a service so they accepted me for it and I left my car there for not ever an hour they call me back saying my brake pad needed to be replaced so I said anything u can do to fix it please do so they said they replaced them and they told me my engine mount was leaking and I needed a wheel Alignment done as wel since I got her back from them my car makes loud noises when braking and when driveing my transmission sound bad now when I take her from park to reverse makes a loud clunking noice when she’s never ever made that sound I’m a verry disappointed that I paid 250 for brake pads that make a screeching sound all the time I stil have the paperwork to prove they “done” the service not happy seeing that it is on finance would never ever in my life would ever recommend them for anyone

He kept me in the loop, was respectful of my budget without me having to say, and explained everything very well. A great local mechanic, I couldn’t recommend them more

AVOID! Had my brakes entirely re-done, spent $900+ the brakes were then super squeaky, I took it back to get it addressed and they said they couldn’t hear it so didn’t do anything. However, it was still squeaking. I then take my car to another mechanic only to find they had used cheap materials and I needed to get them redone again. So disappointing how untrustworthy they are.

Sen and his staff were very helpful with overall process. Easy to deal with schedule and cost is reasonable. I highly recommend Midas Heidelberg for car related issues.

Brought my car in to check my headlights as they appeared to be really dim, turns out they were working, the staff was really sweet to me, didn't try to sell me anything or even charge me for checking the headlight , honest blokes, would recommend????

We recently took our car in for a service and to have our air conditioning looked at. From the moment we entered the building the staff were friendly and super helpful. They were very well priced and we left with every concern being addressed and the confidence that our service and repairs were performed to a high standard. We will be regulars for sure!

Great place for a service. Went there for the first time to get a general service completed and also a free vacuum. They recommended me change my tyres and brakes as they were worn out. Will come back to do the brakes next time.
